I went to see Wes Anderson's latest creation,The Grand Budapest Hotel ,today at FACT , and I have to say it was excellent. The cinematography was spectacularly intriguing , as was the plot.It tells the story of Gustave H., a legendary concierge at the famous Grand Budapest hotel and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who helps him on an adventure involving a renaissance painting named "Boy With Apple". The set and costumes were perfectly quirky and lavish. The whole film was very precise and oh so dreamy, it was so far yet so close to reality : it was perfect.
A star studded cast included , Ralph Fiennes,Tilda Swinton, Willem Dafoe and Jude Law to name a few, but the actor who really stole the show was Tony Revolori playing the part of lobby boy , Zero.
You need to go and see this film as soon as possible , I promise you will love it just as much as Moonrise Kingdom or The Royal Tenenbaums or Rushmore or any other Wes Anderson film.It
will not be long until The Grand Budapest Hotel gains the highest of cult movie status'.
