A Very Sunny Day

On Saturday , I bought a few second hand pieces from  Liverpool's Big Vintage Fair at The Bluecoat ,which is on every year and would really recommend. I took a few pictures outside but none when I actually got in , because when I did get inside I was really concentrating on the clothes. I went with my beautiful Mother and we sat in the courtyard for a bit , I had a lemonade ( explaining the other wise randomly placed photo ) and on our way out  there was a guy playing an Enrique Iglesias song on the pan flute - he was cool.

Afterwards I felt like doing a little photo I did. I also recently went to IKEA and bought some plastic flowers , of which I was planning to finally make a flower crown , but I haven't quite got around to that but in the mean time I've kinda been obsessed with them. I decided to incorporate them into this little photo shoot of mine , they give off a really summery , sort of festival vibe.I have to admit that my Mum took all of the pictures for the little shoot- thank you Mum!

At the fair , I bought this stripy , multi coloured, sort of aztec print, midi skirt - I teamed it with a green shirt  from H&M and an orange beaded necklace which I wore on my head - I so totally felt like a hippie!

My second look has a more of a grungy vibe but still has that whole summer lovin' thing going on. I wore a dark green cable knit jumper from the fair , a tie dye maxi skirt from T.KMaxx , I have had the sunglasses since I was little and the brown leather bag did belong to my Mum ,but I'm "borrowing" it .

My final outfit consists of a really unusual top adorned with huge gorgeous sequins which I got this from a stall called Kitty Vintage. I'm also wearing a metallic maxi skirt from River Island ,which I think makes me look like I've just stepped out of a time machine from the future : and the whole outfit almost looks like a wedding dress of sorts....but it's definitely not.

From the vintage fair I also bought a really dreamy sky blue top with swirling patterns but I tried to iron it, and me being me, managed to burn a big whole in it and I was really sad but I'm think I might be able to mend it.
My lovely dog , Teddy , decided that she wanted to invade my little photo shoot and in turn, photo bombed several of my pictures- and at the end of it , all she could do was laugh at me:

This week The Muse TV published another of my articles , this week I wrote about the amazing Bip Ling - , please check it out!
